Individual and small group sessions that are designed to work every major muscle group. Ken is a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in training new students to help them build an intelligent foundation and understanding of strength training.

Ken received his 200hr RYT from HIBS YOGA in 2017. His classes offer students a slow paced vinyasa with special attention on alignment and technique. Dealing with injuries? Ken is equipped with modifications and personalized sequences to work with you safely.

Breath Work

Ken offers a wide variety of breath work practices to calm, balance, and energize the body and mind. Students can expect to experience activating breath work exercises to stimulate prana (life force), release emotions, and clear the respiratory tract.
